ForwardDental, part of Heartland Dental, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations in Oak Creek, WI. The PMO will partner with doctors, lead team development, and drive patient-centered operations across supported offices.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, training, and alignment with practice goals, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth within Heartland Dental’s expansive network.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Align Doctors and teams with goals and priorities through servant leadership.
• Coordinate with the Doctor-led, Hygiene-Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Onboard new team members and collaborate with recruiting.
