Job summary

Oak Hills Family Dental, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in Kansas City to guide the office toward strategic goals and outstanding patient care. This PMO will partner with the Doctor to lead a high-performing team, drive financial and operational metrics, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, structured training, and collaboration across the practice to achieve top 10 business goals and personal development

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years leadership experience in a professional office or similar setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Doctors and teams through servant leadership and alignment with goals.
• Lead and participate in regular meetings and huddles to ensure progress on top priorities.
• Onboard and develop new team members in partnership with recruiting and leadership programs.
