Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our network of supported offices. The PMO will be a trusted business partner to the Doctor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional patient care.

In this role you will lead training, set annual goals, and manage operational priorities through regular meetings and huddles. The PMO will focus on aligning doctor goals with team performance while fostering a culture of growth and service.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and develop solutions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead meetings and huddles to align Doctor priorities and team efforts.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
