Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join Dental Care on Fernwood Drive in Clayton. The PMO will partner with the Doctor to guide the team, prioritize patient care, and drive practice performance with leadership and strategy.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, daily huddles, quarterly planning, and ongoing professional development within a supported dental office network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, or medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure Doctors and teams meet goals through servant leadership and daily huddles.
• Advise and partner with Doctors to align scheduling, CE planning, and financial goals.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
• Support team training through Core Essentials and beyond for growth in roles.
