Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations (PMO) to join Shadow Brook Dental Care. The PMO will partner with doctors, lead teams, and align strategic goals with daily operations to deliver exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching, and ongoing training to support growth, with a focus on building a strong, cohesive team across the practice.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual business and personal development goals.
• Guide Doctors and teams through servant leadership and communication.
• Coordinate weekly meetings, huddles and monthly synergy sessions.
• Onboard new team members in partnership with recruiting and support.
• Support growth by selecting candidates aligned to the role and practice.
