Job summary

Coal Mountain Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team, supporting the doctor-led, hygiene-driven approach across the practice. The role focuses on leadership development, team cohesion, and delivering excellent patient care within a supported Heartland Dental network.

The PMO will partner with the Doctor to prioritize goals, guide daily operations, and ensure timely progress on business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent leadership experience.
3–5 years in leadership roles in professional environments.

Responsibilities

Complete PMO training to build technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals.
Serve as a business partner to the Doctor to align priorities and drive performance.
Support doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations-focused philosophy through meetings and huddles.
Onboard new team members and support training and growth within the practice.
