Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for our Grand Prairie, TX area practice. The PMO will partner with the Doctor, lead the team, and drive strategic goals to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will engage in training, set annual goals, run weekly huddles, and support a culture of learning and teamwork. This role emphasizes leadership, operations, and continuous improvement within a supported dental office network.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting
• Experience working in a fast-paced, patient- or customer-centric environment
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics

Aufgaben

• Lead and align doctors and teams through servant leadership and daily touchpoints
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals for the team
• Coordinate monthly synergy meetings, weekly team huddles and daily one‑on‑ones with practice leadership
• Support doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations and monitor progress toward goals
• Onboard new team members and partner with recruiting and support offices
