Job summary

Stable Valley Dentistry, supported by Heartland Dental, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to drive practice performance and patient care. You will partner with doctors to align on top business goals, lead teams through structured huddles, and develop leaders across the office while advancing organizational objectives.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, training, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive dental network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead daily huddles, weekly meetings, and monthly synergy sessions.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and office support.
• Partner with Doctors to align with quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Support CE planning for Doctor Education and Leadership programs.
