Job summary

University Family Dentistry in Gainesville, FL seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to drive business performance and patient care. You will partner with the Doctor and teams, lead training, and manage KPIs to ensure excellent service and growth.

As a PMO, you’ll champion a patient-first culture, oversee operations, and support CE, scheduling, and staff development. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Lead through servant leadership to align Doctors and teams with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and growth initiatives for staff.
• Support financial planning and monitor progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
• Facilitate regular meetings and huddles to maintain alignment and performance.
