Shared Practices Group in Atlanta is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead a high-performing dental practice, driving daily performance, coaching the team to meet revenue goals, and owning the patient experience from first call to final outcome.

This role combines sales strategy, performance coaching, and operational leadership. You will oversee staffing, compliance, and weekly KPIs, contributing to growth while ensuring top-notch patient care in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leadership or sales-focused role
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Dental knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pacing and revenue growth initiatives to meet monthly targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure patient satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and coach high-performing staff; manage scheduling and coverage
• Drive exceptional patient experiences from initial contact to post-treatment
• Oversee collections, accounts receivable/payable, and cost control using practice tools
