Bradenton Smiles Dentistry in Bradenton, Florida is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. This role serves as a business partner to the Doctor and leads the office toward top performance and patient care excellence.

The PMO will guide staff, oversee scheduling, training, and financial goals, foster teamwork, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced dental setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and implement solutions.
• Strong communication, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual business and personal development goals.
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and support office.
• Support training plans and growth opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate with Doctors to align scheduling and operational priorities.
