Job summary

Southern Pines Dental Care in Middleburg, FL is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team, partnering with Doctors to drive patient care excellence and business performance.

The PMO leader will guide the practice through training, goal setting, and weekly meetings, focusing on servant leadership, staff development, and financial planning to support growth and high-quality dental care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree (or 3–5 years of leadership experience).
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure Doctor and team goals are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead weekly team meetings and daily huddles to maintain alignment.
• Coordinate with Doctors to set quarterly/annual financial goals and CE planning.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and support office.
