Job summary

Family Dentistry in Gainesville, FL seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to guide the team and act as a key business partner to the Doctor. This role supports practice growth, patient care excellence, and operational efficiency within Heartland Dental’s network.

The PMO will focus on coaching, performance development, and implementing goal-driven strategies to align practice goals with corporate standards and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience (in a professional setting).
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards mastery of the PMO role by completing all training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations focus through monthly synergy meetings, weekly team meetings and strong morning huddles.
• Help align doctor with the team via daily one-on-ones, morning huddles and weekly touch points on communication and support.
