Coast Dental in Florida is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead a busy practice and drive team performance. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, insurance verification, patient financing, and regulatory compliance to ensure excellent patient service.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to float between offices to provide coverage when needed. Prior dental office leadership experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business or equivalent.
  • Three years of office management experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of front and back-office dental operations.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train and manage the office team.
  • Manage insurance claims, filing and verification processes.
  • Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
  • Review accounts receivable and ensure timely deposits.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and overtime control.
  • Coordinate coverage between offices as needed.
  • Ensure effective customer service by phone and in person.
  • Maintain office safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise between corporate and office staff on procedures.
