Job summary

Pineview Aesthetic & Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead and grow the practice, elevate patient care, streamline operations, and drive production and collections.

You will work closely with the owner doctor and regional support, manage front desk operations, RCM, and local marketing, and develop the team to deliver a 5-star patient experience while maintaining financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or healthcare leadership role.
• 2+ years driving growth for a dental practice.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning with owner doctor and regional support to grow the practice.
• Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, verification, billing and collections.
• Improve patient experience from first contact to treatment completion and follow-up.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and drive improvements in billing and cash collection.
• Collaborate on local marketing initiatives and performance tracking.
