Job summary

Parkway Village Dental Care in St. Augustine, Florida, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. This role partners with the Doctor to lead clinic teams, develop annual goals, and align operations with patient-centered care.

The PMO will oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development, while collaborating with recruiting and support offices to build strong teams that deliver exceptional dental care to the community.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced and customer-centric environments.
• Ability to analyze processes and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Support doctor in prioritizing CE and leadership programs.
• Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates for positions.
