Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and implement solutions

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals
• Ensure Doctors' and teams' goals are met through servant leadership
• Lead regular meetings and daily huddles to drive alignment
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills for open positions and support recruitment
