Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join Catawba Springs Dental Care. This role partners with the Doctor and leads the operations team to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will drive daily huddles, monitor metrics, and support staff development to ensure clinic success.

The PMO will focus on achieving top business goals, improving processes, and fostering a culture of learning and teamwork across the practice and Heartland network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree; leadership experience in a professional setting preferred.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support office operations to enhance patient care and office performance.
• Partner with doctors and teams to align priorities with business goals.
• Coordinate with recruiting and support staff to onboard new team members.
• Facilitate daily huddles and weekly operations meetings to drive accountability.
• Develop annual business goals and personal development plans for the office.
• Monitor financial metrics and assist in budgeting and scheduling decisions.
• Support training through Core Essentials and leadership programs.
