Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for our West Palm Beach office to lead operational excellence, team development and patient care. You will partner with the Doctor to drive performance, onboarding, and training across the practice.

In this role, you will set and track top objectives, conduct regular team huddles, and manage schedules, workflows and KPIs to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead regular meetings and daily huddles to drive alignment and performance.
• Support the Doctor-led, Hygiene-driven Operations focus through quarterly reviews.
