Heartland Dental’s Chestnut Hills Dental Indiana is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead daily operations and drive patient-centered care. You’ll partner with doctors and teams to align schedules, training, and goals across the practice.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in fast-paced settings, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and team development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals.
• Lead through servant leadership to meet Doctors' and teams' priorities.
• Partner with Doctors to align schedules and education programs.
