Heartland Dental LLC, via Four Lakes Family Dental in Madison, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to lead practice performance and team development. You will partner with the Doctor to drive patient care excellence and business growth, while promoting learning and a strong culture.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration across the office to achieve top goals and continuous improvement in patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong analysis, problem solving and trend identification abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure Doctors and teams meet goals through servant leadership and alignment.
• Lead regular meetings, huddles and ongoing communications to drive performance.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills and plan recruitment for open roles.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for team members and leaders.
