Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC's Dental Care at the Courtyards in Alexandria seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to lead the office as a trusted business partner to the Doctor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional patient care.

The PMO will drive annual goals, support leadership development, coordinate weekly team huddles, monthly synergy meetings, and ensure alignment with the Doctor-led, Hygiene-Driven focus while building a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead weekly team meetings and monthly synergy meetings to drive operations.
