Heartland Dental’s Practice Manager of Operations in Alexandria will lead and partner with Doctors to drive patient care and practice performance. You’ll guide teams, align goals, and execute a doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations philosophy with regular meetings and strong morning huddles.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development goals.
• Support Doctor leadership and team through servant leadership.
• Lead and participate in meetings, huddles and align priorities.
• Onboard new team members and collaborate with recruiting and support offices.
• Help optimize operations to achieve quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Plan CE opportunities and support ongoing growth of the team.
