• Be primary contact for patients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Explain treatment plans, financials, and post-care instructions with clarity for patients.
• Supervise and appraise front-desk, assistants, hygienists, and coordinators.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and adequate staff coverage.
• Monitor billing, coding, insurance verification, and timely collections.
