Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a dental setting.
• Experience with Dentrix preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent patient care and customer service.
• Knowledge of P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all daily dental office activities including scheduling and patient flow.
• Optimize office workflows and patient wait times.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, addressing concerns and inquiries.
• Inform patients about treatment plans, finances, and post-care instructions.
• Supervise and evaluate staff including receptionists, assistants, hygienists, and coordinators.
• Promote teamwork and ongoing learning; supervise scheduling and coverage.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance verification, and collections.
• Manage accounts receivable and payment plans.
• Develop and manage office budgets; monitor profitability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA and related regulations.
• Implement policies and growth strategies with the dentist.
