Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a dental setting.
• Prior experience with Dentrix preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to success.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• Business acumen - monitor production/collection, read P&L reports, manage budgets, and set/reach goals.
• Adaptable, multitask, and step into various roles as needed to support the team.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily dental office activities, including scheduling and patient flow.
• Optimize workflows, reduce wait times, and enhance patient experience.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, addressing concerns promptly.
• Inform patients about treatment plans, finances, and aftercare with care.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; foster teamwork and continuous learning.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance verification, and collections.
• Manage accounts receivable and payment plans.
• Develop and manage office budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA and recordkeeping.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients.
• Coordinate recall systems and reminders; improve retention.
• Collaborate with dentist to implement growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and patient volume.
