Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a dental setting.
• Prior experience with Dentrix is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of daily dental office activities, including scheduling and patient flow.
• Optimize workflows, manage wait times, and enhance patient experiences.
• Act as the primary contact for patients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inform patients about treatment plans, finances, and post-care instructions with excellent service.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate receptionists, assistants, hygienists, and coordinators.
• Foster a positive work environment with teamwork and continuous learning.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for appointments.
• Monitor performance, give feedback, and conduct reviews for team members.
• Oversee billing, coding accuracy, insurance verification, and timely payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and patient payment plans.
• Develop and manage office budgets, track expenses, and improve profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, and local regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental laws and industry standards.
• Implement policies and protocols to maintain consistency and high care standards.
• Maintain confidential patient records in line with HIPAA.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
