Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, guide them through their dental journey, and ensure a positive experience from check-in to payment.

You’ll manage scheduling, verify insurance, answer questions, and support the dental team with a warm, patient-first approach. You’ll collaborate with doctors, explain treatment options and financial arrangements, and help patients feel informed and at ease in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, medical, hospitality or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout their visit, including check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and answering questions about their care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.
