Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to warmly welcome patients and guide them through scheduling, insurance questions, and treatment options.

You will support both front-desk duties and patient education, helping ensure a smooth dental visit from start to finish. You'll communicate clearly with patients and the dental team, maintain an organized schedule, and show genuine appreciation to create a positive patient experience.

Responsabilités

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout their visit, including check-in/check-out, insurance verification and answering questions about their care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.
