Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients. You will welcome, inform and support them throughout their dental journey, guiding them from scheduling to understanding treatment and payment options.

You will embody our patient-first approach, ensuring a personal and positive experience, while working with a friendly dental team to help patients feel confident in moving forward with their care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental/healthcare/customer-service environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, patient-first approach.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment.
• Support patients throughout their visit including check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Explain treatment recommendations, payment options and financial arrangements.
• Maintain an efficient schedule and maximize opportunities for care.
• Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the team.
• Provide compassionate, stress-free patient experiences.
