Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is looking for a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with scheduling, verify insurance, and help with financial arrangements for treatment.

You will coordinate appointments, communicate treatment options and fees, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced dental

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination.
Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and patient consultation processes.
Proven ability to present treatment plans and improve case acceptance.
Experience discussing treatment fees, payment options, financing, and insurance benefits.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
