Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients in our Georgia dental office. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle general administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a dental front desk or customer service role, with strong communication, organization, and attention to privacy regulations.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, in a dental office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm welcome to patients at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments considering staff availability and patient preferences.
• Manage and update patient records securely in the practice management system.
• Handle patient inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments; process insurance claims as needed.
• Maintain the reception area and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
