Eastgate Modern Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a PDS-supported dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program while under supervision, progressing to team leadership across Front Office and Back Office within 4–6 months.

The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, budgeting, cash management, and delivering the Perfect Patient Experience, with a focus on steady revenue growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; further education preferred.
• Five+ years in operational management or similar leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for multi-site travel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage office operations and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Model and implement company culture, values, and best practices.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and retain staff across offices.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with owner collaboration.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Maintain cash management and accounting processes.
• Lead development of the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Keep open communication with supervisors and build trust.
• Maintain professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Understand HR tools for assessment, retention, and compensation guidance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Report weekly outcomes to Regional Manager.
