Job summary

Eastgate Modern Dentistry is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to lead both Front Office and Back Office teams in Bellevue. You will learn the PDS operational model, recruit and coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to drive revenue and control expenses.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, project management, and a desire to develop through a structured training program that advances toward a salaried management role within PDS Health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; MVR check required.
• Willingness to travel between multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote the company culture, values and practices.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach staff for performance and retention.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget.
• Adhere to cash management and accounting protocols.
• Develop and mentor teams for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Lead, coach and evaluate team members; communicate openly with supervisors.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per policy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Report weekly to Regional Manager with goals and progress.
• Develop staff and office protocols for efficient operations during absences.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to improve team development.
