Job summary

PDS Health seeks an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a dental office within 4–6 months after completing the OM Development Program. You will be mentored while you lead front and back office teams, ensure compliance, and implement office protocols designed for efficiency and patient care.

The role centers on growth, leadership, and operational excellence. Upon completion, this position becomes a salaried role within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce company culture and operational practices.
• Hire, train, supervise and coach staff for effective team performance.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model to meet office goals with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
