Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to develop leadership and operational excellence across dental offices. The program blends structured curriculum, on-the-job practice, and coaching to prepare you to independently manage a PDS office within 4–6 months.

You will lead teams, optimize processes, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance while learning the PDS Operational Model and culture under your supervisor’s guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance, verified by motor vehicle record check
• Willingness to travel between multiple offices daily, reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best operational practices
• Hire and retain right-fit team members through training, supervision, counseling and coaching
• Resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts and circumstances for timely solutions
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency to meet office imperatives
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budget
• Show proficiency in cash management and accounting protocols
• Develop team and office protocols to ensure smooth operations during manager absences
• Report weekly to Regional Manager on accomplishments and goals
