Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Riverside, CA, to learn the skills needed to independently run a dental office while completing the OM Development Program under supervision. This role expects eventual independent management in 4-6 months after training.

You will be mentored, travel between offices, recruit and develop staff, manage revenue and expenses, and implement the Operational Model to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance and travel between offices.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily, sometimes multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and operational best practices daily.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain fit team members.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, logical solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist collaboration.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly budgets and goals.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocols are followed.
• Lead team development for a perfect patient experience.
• Deliver leadership and performance feedback to staff.
