Job summary

PDS Health in California is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a financially viable dental office by completing the OM Development Program under supervision. The role emphasizes leadership development, onboarding, and hands-on practice across front and back office operations.

You will travel to multiple offices daily, hire and train staff, drive revenue growth, manage expenses, ensure compliance, and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
• Operations Manager Trainee must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Must travel to multiple offices per day with reliable transportation
• Travel may be planned or unplanned and is subject to change without notice
