Job summary

PDS Health in Attleboro, MA is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn our OM Development Program and independently run a PDS-supported dental office within 4–6 months after training. You will be mentored by a supervisor while performing structured curriculum, on-the-job practice and development meetings.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, resolving staff and patient issues, and driving revenue growth while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.
• Mobility to travel between offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture and operating practices daily.
• Assessing, hiring and retaining right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist partnership.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to meet monthly goals and budgets.
• Show proficiency with cash management and accounting protocols.
• Lead development of the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Deliver leadership, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with supervisors.
