Job summary

Neodent in Chicago, IL is seeking a Practice Growth Specialist to partner with Territory Managers and dental practices to identify and execute growth initiatives that expand implant treatment, improve efficiency, and boost practice revenue.

The role focuses on consultative business discussions, growth planning, and ongoing follow-up to ensure successful implementation of strategies and adoption of Neodent and Straumann Group solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative business discussions with practice owners and clinicians.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Experience presenting, facilitating, and guiding customer conversations to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured assessments to identify growth opportunities in dental practices.
• Develop customized growth plans with clear objectives and actions.
• Increase implant case volume, patient conversion, and practice revenue through strategic initiatives.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure execution of growth plans and adoption of Neodent/Straumann solutions.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer growth.
