Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Practice Growth Specialist to partner with dental practices and Territory Managers to drive implant treatment growth and practice efficiency. You will lead growth plans, coordinate resources, and support digital workflow adoption across high-potential accounts.

You will collaborate with education, marketing, and digital teams to deliver tailored growth initiatives and ensure measurable results. Travel within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare, marketing, or sales.
• Ability to conduct consultative discussions with practice owners and clinical staff.
• Strong relationship management and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured practice assessments to identify growth opportunities and operational challenges.
• Develop customized growth plans with clear objectives and action steps.
• Help practices increase implant volume, patient conversion, referrals, and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver resources, education, and solutions.
• Support implementation of new workflows and digital adoption.
