Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Practice Growth Specialist in the Dallas, TX area. This role partners with Territory Managers and dental practices to identify and execute growth opportunities, including implant treatment adoption, efficiency improvements, and digital workflow integration.

You will drive practice-growth initiatives, coordinate with internal experts, and support long-term partnerships across implants, digital solutions, and education within a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in dental/medical device or healthcare commercial environment.
• Proven ability to conduct consultative business discussions with practice owners and clinical staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured practice assessments to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Develop customized growth plans with objectives, priorities, actions, and follow-up.
• Help practices increase implant case volume, patient acceptance, referrals, and revenue.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and accountability to execute growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to expand solutions.
