Neodent in the United States is looking for a Territory Manager to lead sales growth in a defined Colorado territory. You will nurture existing dental accounts and pursue new opportunities by partnering with clinicians, laboratories, and oral surgeons to drive profitable revenue.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, and requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with clinicians as the main contact and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently; proficiency in consultative selling and Challenger techniques.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable sales growth and maximize revenue in a defined dental territory.
• nurture and expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with dental professionals as a strategic advisor to achieve growth goals.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications for launches and objectives.
• Engage with customers at events, study clubs, and Neodent presentations; build strong relationships.
• Leverage CRM tools to plan, track, and measure sales activities; travel per role requirements.
