Heartland Dental is seeking a Business Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach. You will greet patients, manage front desk duties, and support scheduling and billing activities using Dentrix. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule for multiple providers.
File insurance claims and follow up on benefits and coverage; verify benefits.
Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
