Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.

• Schedule appointments and use Dentrix for records.
• Verify benefits and file insurance claims; follow up on outstanding items.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Discuss treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
