Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email; communicate with patients and insurance.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records, coordinate appointments across providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; process payments and accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
