Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Handle front office duties: phones, mail, emails, and insurer communications.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records management.
• Schedule and confirm multiple providers' appointments.
• File insurance claims and follow up on payments and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Discuss treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
