Spiritas Ranch Dental Care in Aubrey, TX is seeking a Business Assistant to join our front office team. The role focuses on scheduling, insurance verifications, claims processing, and presenting treatment options while maintaining a patient-centered experience.

The successful candidate will use Dentrix, handle phone and email communications, and support multiple providers with a positive, team-oriented approach. Heartland Dental supports growth, security, and training opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, and emails; coordinate with patients and insurance.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; book appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and verify benefits; follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments; manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and discuss payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office productivity.
