Heartland Dental is seeking a Business Assistant in Round Rock, TX to support front office operations and patient services. You will work with Dentrix for scheduling, verify insurance, submit claims, and present treatment options to patients.

Formación

• Front office experience in dental/medical setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI handling awareness.
• Ability to verify benefits and explain coverage to patients.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail/email, and scheduling with Dentrix.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers in the office.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits.
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
