Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in New Jersey to greet patients, guide them through visits, verify insurance, and explain treatments and payment options. You will help patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident in pursuing recommended care within a fast-paced, friendly dental team.

You will work a schedule including weekdays with typical clinic hours and join a company that emphasizes patient experience, gratitude, and collaboration across practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental/healthcare/customer-service environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients from arrival.
• Guiding: Assist patients through check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification and questions.
• Treatment Support: Explain treatment options and payment plans to patients.
• Patient Experience: Build trust and make the dental visit comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and staff.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and optimize patient care opportunities.
